Terms and Conditions for Health Education and Charitable Trust (HEACT)

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using services provided by Health Education and Charitable Trust (HEACT), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

   HEACT provides charitable services including but not limited to:

• Healthcare initiatives (medical camps, blood donation drives)
• Educational programs
• Environmental campaigns (e.g., “Green Porbandar”)
• Disaster relief and community support

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donations will be used for HEACT’s charitable objectives as described in our campaigns.
• Tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act apply as per applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when interacting with HEACT (e.g., donations, registrations).
• Do not misuse HEACT’s platforms for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users and beneficiaries.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content (logos, text, images) on HEACT’s website and materials is owned by HEACT and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
   HEACT is not liable for:

• Indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
• Issues beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

7. Privacy
   HEACT collects and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, aligned with applicable Indian laws.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Porbandar, Gujarat.
