1. Donation Policy
- All donations made to HEACT are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donations are utilized for charitable purposes as described in specific campaigns.
- Tax exemption certificates under Section 80G are provided for eligible donations.
2. Event Registrations
- Event registrations (medical camps, workshops) may be canceled 24 hours prior to the event.
- Cancellation requests should be sent via email to healtheandctrust@gmail.com.
- No refunds apply for event participation fees, if any.
3. Service-Based Initiatives
- Environmental campaigns (e.g., tree plantations) cannot be canceled once initiated.
- No refunds are provided for completed or ongoing services.
4. Digital Products
- Digital certificates/documents issued by HEACT are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refund requests due to technical errors (e.g., duplicate donations) will be reviewed case-by-case.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days via the original payment method.
6. Modification/Cancellation of Services
- HEACT reserves the right to modify or cancel events/services due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants/donors will be notified promptly in such scenarios.
