1. Donation Policy

  • All donations made to HEACT are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Donations are utilized for charitable purposes as described in specific campaigns.
  • Tax exemption certificates under Section 80G are provided for eligible donations.

2. Event Registrations

  • Event registrations (medical camps, workshops) may be canceled 24 hours prior to the event.
  • Cancellation requests should be sent via email to healtheandctrust@gmail.com.
  • No refunds apply for event participation fees, if any.

3. Service-Based Initiatives

  • Environmental campaigns (e.g., tree plantations) cannot be canceled once initiated.
  • No refunds are provided for completed or ongoing services.

4. Digital Products

  • Digital certificates/documents issued by HEACT are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to technical errors (e.g., duplicate donations) will be reviewed case-by-case.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days via the original payment method.

6. Modification/Cancellation of Services

  • HEACT reserves the right to modify or cancel events/services due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Participants/donors will be notified promptly in such scenarios.
