The Indian Red Cross Society, Porbandar District Branch, is getting on a new chapter of social service. The organization is organizing an essential comprehensive medical camp on Saturday, October 11, 2025, to enhance community health and provide access to quality medical services.

The Health Education and Charitable Trust (HEACT), under the dedicated leadership of Shri Ramdevbhai Modhwadia, successfully organized a mega blood donation camp in Ahmedabad on 23rd June last year. This initiative saw a tremendous response from citizens, local organizations, and volunteers. All of them are uniting for a common cause: to save lives.

In an era where environmental headlines often speak of loss, the city of Porbandar is writing a different story – one of growth, unity, and green resilience. The “Our Porbandar, Green Porbandar” campaign, initiated by the Health Education and Charitable Trust (HEACT), aims to plant and nurture 15,000 trees. Today, we celebrate a significant milestone, i.e., the successful planting of over 8,000 saplings. This is not just a number; it results from a community-powered movement.
